McKeon’s Love Fresh is a high quality convenience store. Located just off exit 10 on the M3 in the heart of the historic town of Kells, Co. Meath.  Serving the local community and visitors, we have ample parking providing a quality service to the area.

Purpose for processing your data

•    Your details are required if you wish for us to contact you back following a query through our Contact Us form.

•    If you wish to register an online ordering account through our website we require information so that we can contact you with details on your order.

Why are we processing your data? Our legal basis

In order for us to provide you with a response to any queries that you have or if you wish to setup an online account McKeon’s Love Fresh need to collect personal data for contacting you promptly.

In any event, McKeon’s Love Fresh are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

How will McKeon’s Love Fresh use the personal data it collects about me?

McKeon’s Love Fresh will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to McKeon’s Love Fresh in the course of dealing with you. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with McKeon’s Love Fresh procedures.

McKeon’s Love Fresh facilitate you, our clients, rights in line with our data protection policy and the subject access request procedure. This is available on request.

At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal data, you, the data subject, have the following rights:
